If the file transfer is aborted for any reason, click Send Database again. DO NOT REBOOT THE MASTER UNTIL YOU SUCCESSFULLY RESEND THE FILES. If you reboot, the Master will abort because of corrupted files. If you cannot successfully resend the files, do not reboot the Master. Contact personnel at the Master location and have someone rename the following files on the Master machine. This will restore the last database that was downloaded successfully. Once these files are restored at the Master, you can reboot the Master.
