Documentation and Training
We provide complete user manuals with each product. The documentation includes system user manuals, configuration manuals, technical manuals (to the board level), and descriptive manuals. We also provide complete user and technical manuals and training for each project. If the project involves integrating products from multiple vendors, our staff can provide qualified instruction and documentation. Engineering support and training is available to help you interface your equipment to our advanced remote units. Our qualified, experienced instructors provide detailed system integration steps, database and system planning, and lead you through the steps required to let you monitor and control various functions in your equipment.
Warranty
We provide a standard warranty on all our products for one year. This protects you against defects in design, materials, and workmanship. This includes parts and labor. We stand by our products and our designs.
