System Database Editor Suite
The System Database Editor (SDE) is a complete editing package for your MSE-Tetragenics control system. With the software suite you can edit remote units, build custom screens with your own pictures, perform what if scenarios, and more.
- Windows-Based System Database Editors (SDE). The editors contain easy to use tables, with scrolling parameters.
- Easy to Use RTU Editor. Add or copy input/output points or entire units with a few clicks.
- Build Custom Graphic Screens. Use the Screen Generator to create custom graphic screens with animated symbols.
- Import Bitmaps / Copy & Paste Features. Screen Generator imports bitmaps - up to 255 layers, Copy and paste symbols or entire screens, Import symbols from existing symbol sets.
- What if? scenario features. See what your button and color attributes look like for alarms right in the Editor.
SDE makes it easy for you to make changes to your MC3000 Master database and configure Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) in your system. A Master database contains the information that lets the Master computer interface with remote units in the field. You edit the database from an edit station and view the Master from any workstation. An edit station differs from a workstation in that it contains the SDE software package. Once you change the database, you upload it to the Master.
SDE operates on a Personal Computer (PC) in a Microsoft® Windows® environment. Using SDE you can
configure RTUs in your system

add, delete, and edit digital, PID (Proportional, Integral, Derivation), and analog output controls
define and edit sequential control processes
design and create graphical screens
